Community Service is a community based program in which juveniles go into the community under the supervision of Hill County Juvenile Probation Personnel to complete various type of service. Juveniles are assigned to Community Services through Deferred Prosecution or Probation Orders by the Court.
The service that is performed is for non-profit agencies that have been approved by the Juvenile Board. The types of service consist of, but are not limited to planting/maintaining garden, picking up trash; painting; cleaning up general areas; and donating food/approved items.
